If you're looking here, you probably have a question about one of our games and are looking for the fastest way to get an answer. Our goal is to get your question answered correctly as fast as is reasonably possible. Keep reading for an description of our support options:

The fastest way to answer most questions is by searching our Support Database. This database is updated daily and has the same information that our support representatives use to answer your question if you call or e-mail us. The answers to about 90% of the questions we are asked can be found there, so it really is worth the time to take a look. To search our Support Database, click here.

The second fastest way to get an answer to your question is to e-mail us. This is the best way to reach an actual person. We typically have response times under 4 hours during business hours weekdays, and under 12 hours weekends and evenings. During holidays and immediately following a product release, response times can be considerably longer. It all depends on how many people we have working and how much e-mail is coming in at any one time, but we do try really hard to get you the right answer as fast as possible. There are certain times of the week when we are able to get an answer back to you within an hour! The support representatives who work the evening and weekend shifts only answer e-mail, so if you find yourself with a question during those times, this is your best bet. Weekdays, excluding holidays, during the hours when the phones are open, we still give e-mail questions priority. Support personnel are allocated to e-mail first, then to phones, with the balance favoring fast responses to e-mail over shorter hold times on the telephones. So, in some circumstances, you might be able to get an answer to an e-mail faster than if you called! And you don't have to pay for the call! E-mail Support is available by clicking here. Some questions are best answered by a live support tech on the telephone. If you wish to call a support representative, please call the number listed in the Customer Support section of the manual that came with your game.
